Gaida Premium is a Bulgarian craft beer. Stylistically it belongs to the hoppy lager beers / ie beers with down fermentation /. It was created by Bulgarian brewers who love the sound of the folk musical instrument Gaida/Bagpipe/. 100% barley malt and 4 types of hops were used in the production of Gaida beer. Traditional German bitter and three kinds of aromatic American varieties. Gaida Premium is produced in the Independent Bulgarian Brewery. It is brewed for the first time in May 2018. Since then, constant steps have been taken to improve the technologies and materials used. As the sound of the folk instrument is the bearer of the free spirit, the clash of the new and the traditions. It echoes our story, which we must not forget.
