Zlatý Bažant ’73 is a pale lager with a 4.5% alcohol content. It is brewed using a double decoction mashing, barley malt from our own maltery, Zaas hops and a special yeast. Its advantage is an extra-long 6 weeks brewing process. It is characterized by a pleasant aroma of hops, balanced with a fuller taste, golden-yellow colour and pleasant bitterness, which opens up especially in the finish and very nicely fades away.
Zlatý Bažant ’73 is an extraordinary lager inspired by the oldest preserved brew log of Zlatý Bažant beer from April 16, 1973.
