Here it is – a nice and bitter 10% Westcoast Triple IPA – WEST WIND. ⛰
It’s an ode to old school Westcoasts, packed with Simcoe, Columbus, Chinook, Centennial and Mosaic Spectrum on both hot and cold sides, on top of a simple backbone of sweet extra pale malt. 🇺🇸
It’s sweet but not cloying, with notes of bitter orange marmalade, riddled with fresh cut grass, spruce, spicy sap and crunchy herbs. Touch of mango, too. 🍊🍯🥭
