Sofia Electric Brewing Birds of Pray Whisky Barrel Aged
Brewed with premium English malts and boiled for 10 hours this barley wine was then placed in Whisky Barrels for 12 Months. Coming in at 14%, the beer is thick and boozy oozing toffee, caramel, raisins, stewed fruits, vanilla and some toasted nuts.
Designed to sip and enjoy the complexity, tastes best once warmed above 10C.
