Heavy on hops, that was always the brewery plan. So in 1980, we loaded Pale Ale up with Cascade—a new hop at the time named after the mountain range—and the intense aromas of pine and citrus sparked the American craft beer revolution.
Brewing is as much art as science. Аll beer specifications and raw materials are subject to change at our brewers’ creative discretion. During the brewing of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale are used: Malts – Caramelized malts, Two-row Pale. Hops – Cascade. IBU – 38. Original Gravity – 13.3, Finishing Gravity – 2.8.
