PINTA MODERN DRINKING –Modern Drinking is everything we know about West Coast IPA in one bottle. Whilst picking hops in Yakima Valley (USA), brewers from Portland have only one rule. We have decided to use it and we have used enormous amounts of aromatic Mosaic™ hops – the biggest part have been used whilst the last fifteen minutes of boiling (hopping). As many hops as for boiling on aroma, we have used whilst doing dry-hopping.
Pinta are pioneers of the beer revolution, veterans of Polish Craft, and after 10 years of intensive development, the largest craft brewery in Poland. They started brewing in 2011, finding the industry wooden. They bricked it up and continue on their mission to break patterns and trample stereotypes. It’s in their blood. With the now iconic Attack of the Hops, they blazed a trail for all craft breweries. The RateBeer portal, in 2020, ranked Pinta 30th out of the top 100 breweries in the world.
