A good Pilsner lager should have a full body, but at the same time it must be well drunk. That is why we used a higher ratio of Žatec hops for our 12 and three kinds of malt – our own Pilsen, roasted and caramel. It was through the balanced ratio of malt and hops that the Pilsen brewers of Patron 12 gave great drinkability.
Gambrinus Patron 12
The fullness and bitterness of this lager meet near the center of the taste scale. Although his body is full thanks to his own malt from the Pilsen malt house, its fullness is combined in every drink with a pleasant bitterness and does not detract from its drinkability.
