Eyes on the prize – Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Double IPA brewed by Hop Hooligans.
It’s dank, it’s sturdy, it’s aggressively hoppy. With some soft edges of candied tangerine, soft dried flower petals and ends up with a balanced bitterness. 🌸🍊
We made good use of the hops. Idaho 7, Comet, Talus Cryo – to squeeze out the very definition of ‘hop pellet’. Bringing out a really GREEN profile, piney, sharp, grassy, weedy even. 🥦
