There is brandy in this beer, which we were looking for as a Balkan historical facts. Macedonians are said to make only white and yellow grape brandy. We found a weeping pear from the shores of Lake Ohrid. We soaked oak chips with it. We played them a specially selected Macedonian song with neutral pieces so as not to confuse the process of unifying the tastes. Then we added the rakia chips to Balkan to the Bones Four Rakias Oak Aged Imperial Milk Stout and burned Balkan history textbooks (in our minds). We poured this Balkan beauty into exactly 1350 bottles. We wrote them by hand. Now. Peel off the fantheno-orange wax. Close eyes. Drink slowly… No one is watching you, right?
