For the 2017 beer festival, we have prepared a novelty: the Oat IPU Escobeer. We wanted to continue our established trend, use other malts than barley and at the same time try something unconventional. As a beer species, we chose the American Ipa from local hops, while those used for the last hopping are distinctly aromatic and bring the tastes and smells of the Caribbean.
