You can recognize the Svijanský Knight at the first sip – it is cold, which causes its very specific and unique heat. This also bears the clear manuscript of the brewer Petr Menšík, from whose experiment with home brewing the Knight’s beer originated.
Ingredients: drinking water, Pilsen malt, Bavarian malt, caramel malt, sugar, prepared hops, hops extracts.
