Drayman’s blend – A barrel aged Stoutwine blended from Scotch Whisky, maple syrup, and Sauternes.
Taste: A rich malt body combines with dark chocolate before being overwhelmed by sweet sherry and lashings of spicy peat smoke. Gentle notes of oak pair with caramel and dark liquorice flavours. Finishing with the character of freshly pulled Italian espresso and toffee.
